Life can feel overwhelming when depression, anxiety, or a lack of purpose takes hold. You might feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward in your relationships, work, or personal growth. If you’ve been struggling to find joy or meaning, I’m here to help you explore where this may be stemming from. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.

I use a relational approach rooted in anti-oppression which then allows us to do deeper work and examine how your experience is not only shaped by you but also how the world and systems shape your world. By applying anti-o practices we can explore what it means to exist in a capitalist society that pushes "healing" as opposed to knowing and exploration.

I bring warmth, humour, and compassion to every session, creating a supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My extroverted and lighthearted personality helps put clients at ease, while my focus on your strengths and goals ensures our work is both meaningful and transformative.

Hey there! I understand sharing or talking about mental health can be hard and that is why finding and working with the right therapist is important. I do my best to understand you and your situation so that we can come to a solution that works best for you.

I work with folks who have concerns with their mental health whether it be dealing with new changes or ongoing concerns such as depression and anxiety. Additionally I work with folks who have experienced racism on micro, mezzo and macro levels. I use different therapeutic modalities such as CBT and SFBT to help folks get to where they want to be.

If you feel you are ready to speak to someone then I’m content to listen and support you. No concern is too big or too small and I know we can all use a little help along the way.
